Taking Stock 1

List all your activities, and prioritise them according to highest level. For example; Activity 1 - Communication (5 dots), Activity 2 - Production (3dots) , Activity 3 - Marketing (1 dot)

This will ensure that after your mission statements, you list all your activities to that, and rank them on the most important ones with dots.
